How Switching The Colours In Your Bedroom (almost) Feels Like a Holiday
I recently got my hands on the beautiful Always Sunday Flower Power Rug designed by artist Gale Switzer. I was instantly excited about how the rug is reversible and by switching it from one side to the other can completely change the feeling of your room.
I decided to style our room with the rug on each side to show you quickly you can refresh your space just by making some quick changes.
For the warm tones I styled the Always Sunday rug with Bed Threads Rust & Turmeric Linen which matches beautifully with the Janice Murray artwork we received as a wedding gift. You’ll notice I also chose a pot plant for the bedside with the same warm tones.
For the cool side I styled with Bed Threads Sage and Pinstripe, I switched the artwork to a photograph I took of the gumtrees outside our house and changed the plant for one in a green pot.
All very quick changes but instantly feels like a different space, so if you can’t get away on a holiday maybe it’s worth giving your bedroom a little freshen up!
